After booking, you'll get an email to help coordinate your 4 weekly time slots directly with Venera. They don't have to be booked all at once.
Can I mix session types?
Not within one package. Each bundle is 4 sessions of the same type and length. If you want a mix, book individual sessions instead.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Reschedule requests go through the same email thread as your booking confirmation.
